This article is somewhat irregular as I won’t be saying so much but it something that would be of great benefit to you.

I came across a tweet by @iSlimfit on Twitter and I found it to be very useful around this time some states are being locked down due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19).

10 Productive Things You Can Do

1. Revisit your skills and brush them up

Research into the latest developments in customer care, app/web development, copy writing, Digital Marketing or whatever your niche you practice.

2. Learn a new Language

It could be French, German, Spanish etc. Duolingo App has made this easier. Download from your app store.

3. Download Productivity Apps

There are countless apps on the internet that help you with tasks, personal organization, and team productivity.

4. Update Your CV

CoronaVirus would soon be over and you never know when an opportunity knocks on your door, so you should be prepared.

Updating your CV will also reflect your strengths and weaknesses and how you can work on them.

5. Read Books

When you are not sure about what other productive things to do, read. Novels, Books, how-to articles, newsletters, and some of those marketing mails you’ve been junking.

Tired of reading? Play Chess or engage yourself in Puzzle to exercise your brain.

6. Take a stroll

If you’re a workaholic like me that spend most of your time on your computer, your health is in trouble.

Sitting at your computer for longer hours impacts your productivity in a negative way. Take a walk and get some fresh air.

7. Organise your Computer and/or Phone

It’s a good opportunity to get rid of all those unnecessary files you’ve been holding onto. Delete all those useless images and files that are consuming your device space.

8. Set your 2021 GOALs.

It’s not too early to start planning for next year. God-willing, we’ll all escape corona.

Break down your bigger goals into smaller ones to make them more achievable. Or set them up on SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, & Timely) metrics.

9. Work on your physical and mental health

Boredom may lead to depression and anxiety.

You might end up losing energy and motivation to achieve your short term and long term post-coronavirus goals.

Do some physical exercise to regain your energy and keep fit.

10. Check up on your friends (The ones you really need to check up on)

It’s a good time to catch up with those colleagues, old friends and close relatives that your busy schedule never allowed you keep in touch with. Call them to keep up or make peace where applicable.
